Receta Custardy Chicken Bake

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken breast halves or possibly thighs
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tsp dry tarragon leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs Mushroom Sauce #2, see recipe Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Heat oil in skillet. Fry chicken till light golden. Place chicken, skin side up, in dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tsp. salt and the pepper.
Direcciones
- Beat baking mix, tarragon, 1/2 Tsp. salt, the lowfat milk and Large eggs with hand beater till smooth.
- Pour over chicken. Bake till golden, 55 to 60 min.
- Serve with Mushroom Sauce #2.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
