Receta Dad's Veggie Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp butter substitute
- 1 tbsp flour
- lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter & butter substitute in pot on about heat of 7. Add flour. Stir with whisk. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Stir till mix starts to thicken. Add cheese. Reduce to low heat add in salt & pepper. Simmer till cheese is melted.
- Pour over your favourite steamed veggies.
- **Recommendation: Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots**
