Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter; 1/2 c. Shortening; 3/4 c. Sugar; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 tsp Lemon extract; 3 x Hard cooked Large eggs, sieved; 2 c. Sifted flour Corn syrup Minced nuts

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Shortening
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Lemon extract
3 x Hard cooked Large eggs, sieved
2 c. Sifted flour Corn syrup Minced nuts

Direcciones

Cream butter, shortening and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add in salt, vanilla, lemon extract and Large eggs. Mix well. Stir in flour. Mix well.
Refrigeratefor 8 hrs. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 deg F. for 10 min. Brush with corn syrup. Sprinkle with nuts. yield 5 dozen cookies.
