Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. dates, cut up
- Coconut
Direcciones
- Put sugar and egg in saucepan and mix. Cook over low heat for a minute then add in dates and butter. Cook for 10 min, stirring often. When it starts to boil, remove from fire and add in vanilla, Rice Krispies and nuts. Cold, roll into balls with hands, the size of a large marble, then roll in coconut.
