Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. minced dates
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 can coconut
- Healthy pinch salt
- 2 heaping tbsp. flour
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, dates, pecans and coconut in large mixing bowl. Mix in egg whites and vanilla extract. Drop by heaping tsp. onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 min. Let cold before removing from cookie sheet.
