Receta Dede's Buttermilk Bread

• 1 1/8 c. Buttermilk or possibly
• 4 Tbsp. Dry buttermilk pwdr and
• 1 1/8 c. Water (for Welbilt/Dak machines Add in 2 Tablespoons more buttermilk)
• 3 c. Bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
• 3 Tbsp. Honey
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda*
• 1 1/2 tsp Red Star active dry yeast
