Receta Dee's Favorite Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon minced parsley
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounce. lasagna noodles
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large heavy pan brown beef with onion and parsley. Add in tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, cook lasagna as directed on package. Mix Large eggs and cottage cheese together. Using a 13"x9"x2" pan and an 11"x7"x2" pan, spread about 1/2 c. of meat sauce in each. Then alternate layers of lasagna, meat sauce, cottage cheese mix and Mozzarella cheese, till pans are full. Top with meat sauce. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till bubbly.
