Receta Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375F.
- In large mixer bowl on medium speed of electric mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla 2 min or possibly till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs; beat well.
- Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt; gradually add in to butter mix, beating just till blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 min or possibly till set.
- Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely.
