  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 to 1 1/2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lg. minced onion
  • 1 sm. minced green pepper
  • 3/4 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. Marinara sauce
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheese (sharp)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat with onion, garlic and green pepper till cooked. Drain fat. Stir in stuffing mix and Marinara sauce. Place mix in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Place pie shell on top of meat filling, fitting it loosely on top and sealing the edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 min.
