Receta Deep Fried Frog Legs

Ingredientes
- 24 x Pairs frog legs
- 2 x Well beaten Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Fine bread crumbs
- 4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. HONEY MUSTARD sauce
Direcciones
- Split legs. In bowl, blend Large eggs, salt, cayenne & cream. Place flour & crumbs in separate bowls. Dust legs with flour. Dip in egg mix & roll in crumbs. Heat oil to 375. Fry legs for 5 min or possibly till golden. Place on a serving tray & serve with sauce.
