Ingredientes
- Oil for frying, 1 onion
- 200 gm Self raising flour
- 300 ml Water
- 4 x Cabbage leaves, shredded
- 2 slc Streaky Bacon, roughly minced
Direcciones
- 1 Heat the oil in a large deep pan. Cut the onion into 1/2" rings. Whisk the flour and water to make a batter. Coat the onion rings in the batter and deep fry till golden. Deep fry the shredded cabbage and bacon.
- Serve.
