Receta Deep Sea Scallops

Ingredientes
- lb. sea scallops
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. shallots minced
- 1/2 x green bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 x red bell pepper julienned
- 1/4 c. peeled tomatoes seeded and diced or possibly canned recipe ready tomatoes
- 1/4 c. dry white wine salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. minced basil
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat oil on high. Add in the large, deep sea scallops and sear on both sides, 1 to 2 min. Add in garlic, shallots, bell peppers, and tomatoes and saute/fry for 30 seconds. Add in wine, cook 1 to 2 min on medium-high; add in seasonings. Serve
