Receta Deer Tacos

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. deer burger
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Minced tomato
- Ripe olives (sliced, optional)
- Lowfat sour cream (optional)
- 2 boxes taco shells (24)
- Taco sauce or possibly salsa
Direcciones
- Cook deer burger in skillet till done, drain. Stir in taco seasoning, salt and refried beans till combined. Spoon mix into taco shells carefully. Stand shells, open side up, in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven till shells are warm (about 10 min). Place toppings in bowls so individuals can top as desired.
