Ingredientes
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. rice (least expensive one)
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
Direcciones
- Cook lowfat milk and rice together. Add in 1 c. water to prevent overboiling, stir constantly, till rice is tender. Add in Large eggs, sugar and vanilla, mix well. Pour into small pan (or possibly casserole dish) to cold. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Serves 6.
