Ingredientes
- 2-3 c. of plain/lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 13-15 frzn strawberries
- 8-10 frzn peach slices
- 2-3 bananas
- 1 c. of ice (optional)
- one scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients except the yogurt in the blender. Blend on medium-high till all frzn fruits are finely minced. Blend in yogurt. ENJOY!
- Note: You can put any leftovers in a plasic container and freeze it for a treat later. :)
