  1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Heat butter. Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk and sugar. Mix with butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 min. Remove from heat and add in nuts, coconut, pineapple and cracker crumbs. Pour over layer of whole graham crackers and then top with more whole graham crackers. Now make icing.
