Receta Deviled Crab Emeril

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Minced celery
- 1 lb Lump crab meat picked over
- 1 Tbsp. Creole mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs Bayou Blast - (Emeril's Creole Seasoning) see * Note
- 4 x Cleaned-out crab shells Minced parsley for garnish
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small skillet heat oil and saute/fry onion, green pepper and celery till tender; cold.
- In a small bowl combine vegetables with remaining ingredients, season to taste with Bayou Blast and stuff into shells. Bake till warm, 20 min. Serve garnished with parsley.
