Receta Deviled Lamb
Ingredientes
- 1 ounce. butter
- 4 lamb shoulder chops
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. sweet pickle, minced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 4 ounce. water
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Fry lamb with onion in melted butter, till brown. Add in flour, stir. Add in remaining ingredients stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
