Receta Deviled Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary Or possibly
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves -- crushed
- 1 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
- 2 x cloves garlic -- finely minced
- 1 lb beef boneless top loin steaks (4 steaks) - about 1 inch thick
Direcciones
- Mix mustard, rosemary, pepper and garlic. Cover and let stand 30 min.
- Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or possibly gas grill for direct heat.
- Spread mustard mix on both sides of beef. Grill beef uncovered 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 1 minute on each side to seal in juices. Cover and grill 8 to 9 min longer for medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning once.
- Yield: 4servings.
