  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary Or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves -- crushed
  • 1 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
  • 2 x cloves garlic -- finely minced
  • 1 lb beef boneless top loin steaks (4 steaks) - about 1 inch thick

Direcciones

  1. Mix mustard, rosemary, pepper and garlic. Cover and let stand 30 min.
  2. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or possibly gas grill for direct heat.
  3. Spread mustard mix on both sides of beef. Grill beef uncovered 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 1 minute on each side to seal in juices. Cover and grill 8 to 9 min longer for medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning once.
  4. Yield: 4servings.
