Receta Herb Onion Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Packages yeast
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd thyme
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- In large mixer bowl combine 1 1/2 c. flour, yeast, salt, sage, rosemary and thyme. Saute/fry onion in butter till golden. Add in to flour mix. Add in water and Large eggs. Blend at low speed till moistened. Beat 3 min at medium. By hand gradually stir in remaining flour to make stiff batter. Spoon into greased 2 qt casserole. Cover and let rise in hot place, about 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
