  1. Cook raisins in 2 c. water till dry. Cold. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together in large bowl.
  2. Combine oil, Large eggs, applesauce, liquid sweetener and vanilla. Beat well, then add in the dry ingredients and blend. Add in raisins and blend well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour into greased floured tube pan. Bake 45 min or possibly till done.
