Receta Diabetic Baked Custard
Ingredientes
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 teaspoon Equal
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg as desired
Direcciones
- Combine beaten egg with Equal, slowly add in skim lowfat milk and vanilla blending well. Pour mix equally into 2 custard c., top with nutmeg. Bake in pan of warm water in oven 325 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till mix does not adhere to knife. If you rinse c. in cool water before pouring in mix, custard won't stick. 76 calories per serving.
