Receta Diabetic Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 slc White bread, cut in cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins, up to 3 Tbsp.
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 2 pkt Artificial sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Beat egg, lowfat milk, vanilla and sweetener together. Spray two (2) c. microwave dish with non-sticking vegetable spray. Arrange bread cubes and raisins in dish. Pour lowfat milk mix over bread to moisten each cube. Sprinkle dash of nutmeg over top and microwave on high for five (5) min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake.
