Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb Boneless beef round steak, trimmed and cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 4 med un peeled potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
- 5 med carrots, cut into 1 1/2' chunks
- 1 x Celery rib cut into 1" chunks
- 1 lrg onion cut into 1" chunks
- 1 can Chunky stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce size)
- 3 Tbsp. Quick cooking tapioca
- 1 tsp Browning sauce Pepper 1/8 to 1/4 tsp.
- 1 c. Frzn peas
Direcciones
- In a Dutch oven, brown the steak in oil. Add in the next eight ingredients; cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hrs, stirring twice. Add in the peas during the last 30 min of baking.
