Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. White rice
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Cook the rice in water over medium heat till tender, about 45 min. Add in the skim lowfat milk & sugar. Cook slowly over low heat till thickened, about 30 min. Cook, add in the vanilla & raisins and spoon into six serving dishes.
