Receta Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnut Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb medium raw shrimp shelled, deveined
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine or possibly dry sherry
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp oyster-flavored sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 4 c. minced iceberg lettuce or possibly Napa cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth - (to 3)
- 1 c. Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts
Direcciones
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add in shrimp and stir to coat. Let stand for 20 min.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place minced lettuce or possibly Napa cabbage on serving plate.
- Place a wok over high heat till warm. Add in oil, swirling to coat sides. Add in shrimp and stir-fry till pink, about 2 to 3 min. Add in broth and cook for 1 minute. Add in sauce and toss to mix well.
- Arrange shrimp on plate over minced greens; sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
