Receta Diced Salad With Dulse

Ingredientes
- 1 c. dry dulse rinsed and coarsely minced
- 1 c. grated carrot
- 1 sm green bell pepper, diced
- 1 sm red bell pepper, diced
- 1 sm apple, diced
- 1/2 c. watercress or possibly minced fresh spinach
- 2 Tbsp. roasted walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp tahini
Direcciones
- Delicate dulse should be rinsed, but doesn't need soaking.
- In a large bowl, combine dulse, carrot, bell peppers, apple, watercress, and walnuts. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, and tahini.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss.
- Makes 6 servings. Vegan
