Receta Diet Carrot Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 lg. Large eggs
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 4 c. finely shredded carrots
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9x2 inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Mix flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in bowl. Mix sugar and Large eggs in a large bowl with a spoon. Stir in applesauce and oil, then flour mix till blended. Stir in carrots.
- Spread in prepared pan. Bake 35-40 min till a pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cold completely in pan on a wire rack.
