Receta Diet Pineapple Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. (12 pkgs.) sugar substitute
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, packed in unsweetened juice (don't drain)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Sift flour with soda and salt into mixing bowl. Stir in sugar substitute. Combine egg, oil and vanilla. Add in to dry ingredients along with pineapple. Stir. Mix in raisins and nuts. Spread proportionately in pan and bake 45 min. Store in refrigerator overnight for easier slicing.
- Makes 34 quarter-inch slices, 53 calories per slice.
