Receta Diet Pineapple Cheese Dessert

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 ounce. skim lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 pkg. sweetener
Direcciones
- In saucepan, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 c. boiling water. Add in pineapple juice, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetener. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, 2 ounce. skim lowfat milk and pineapple mix. Fold in the 1/2 c. of crushed pineapple. Refrigeratetill hard.
