Receta Dill Weed Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 7 med Irish potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Salad oil
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 4 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
- 3/4 c. Diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 3 tsp Dill weed
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes in water to cover. Drain. Peel & slice while hot. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr & onion pwdr. Blend thoroughly.
- Pour 1/3 of the dressing over potatoes. Let stand for at least 1 hour. Add in mayonnaise, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, onions, dill weed, celery & horseradish to remaining dressing. Combine with potato mix. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- Serves 10 to 12.
