Receta Dom's Primavera

Ingredientes
- 5 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 lb Asparagus, cut bite size
- 2 x Zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 x Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Peas
- 1 c. Broccoli florets
- 1 c. Cauliflower florets
- 1 x Onion, sliced in crescents
- 6 x Leaves basil, minced
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 8 x Mushrooms, to 10, sliced
- 1 lb Rigatoni Parmesan
- 20 ounce Cn ready cut Or possibly crushed, tomatoes, omit broth
Direcciones
- In large skillet, saute/fry garlic in oil. Add in vegetables and basil; saute/fry till almost tender. Add in broth and mushrooms. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover, simmer 5 min. Mix well. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- This was so good. I served the asparagus on the side.
- Serves 3-6 dependingon complimentary dishes.
