Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Carrot, chopped
- 2 x Scallion
- 1 lb Beef, shredded
- 5 ounce Tofu, in 1/2" cubes
- 3 ounce Spinach
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 4 x Large eggs Salt
Direcciones
- Heat oil and saute/fry carrots, add in green onions. Add in beef and brown. Add in tofu, spinach, salt, sugar and soy sauce. Cook on low heat; beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Cook and stir five min. Serve on steamed rice.
