- Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Measure dry ingredients into bowl & pour beer over, stirring to blend. Spoon into pans & brush tops with butter.
- Bake for 15-20 mins.
- Makes 9 large muffins. Serve warm, a little grated cheddar cheese may be sprinkled on top before baking if you like.
