Receta Yeast Donuts Or Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 packages. dry yeast
- 3 T water
- 1 pt. lowfat milk
- 4 T Crisco
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Flour (plain)
- GLAZE (DONUTS)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 T hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients for glaze till smooth and dip warm or possibly hot donuts.Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Scald lowfat milk, add in Crisco and let cool. Add in sugar, salt and egg. Mix well then add in flour to right texture. Put in large greased pan, cover with towel and let rise to double in size.
- Knead on lightly floured board and either make donuts or possibly put in muffin tins and let rise again. Then fry donuts or possibly bake bread approximately 450 degrees.
