Receta Donuts Or Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. hot lowfat milk, scalded then cooled
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 c. flour
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Stir in lowfat milk, sugar, salt and shortening. Add in 2 c. flour. Beat till smooth. Add in sufficient flour to make dough easy to handle.
- Knead till smooth and elastic, 5 min. Raise in greased bowl till double. Punch down. Roll out cinnamon rolls or possibly cut donuts. Let rise till double. Bake cinnamon rolls till golden, about 15-20 min. Fry donuts.
