Ingredientes
- 1 lg. egg
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. tart cherries
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. bran buds
- 1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Add in lowfat milk and oil to beaten Large eggs. Stir in bran buds. Let stand at least 20 min. Stir flour, sugar, salt, and baking pwdr together. Fold flour mix into cereal mix. Add in cherries and nuts. Stir together. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 min.
- Makes 12 muffins.
