Receta Double Blueberry Pie

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
- Whipped cream
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add in water and 2 c. berries and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a boil and is quite thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice, cold. Place remaining blueberries in pie shell and top with the cooked berry mix. Refrigerateand serve garnished with whipped cream.
