Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar plus your choice)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Direcciones
- Heat butter in small saucepan. Add in cheese and stir with wire whisk till it begins to heat. Gradually stir in lowfat milk and seasonings, stirring till creamy and heated through. Keep heat low and don't boil.
