Receta Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. soft butter (or possibly light extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten (or possibly 2 egg whites)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oat bran
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Blend in the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips. Add in chocolate chips and mix well. Drop large teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
