Receta Double Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 x egg whites slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. light corn oil spread melted
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. Hershey's Basic Cocoa Baking Mix (see recipe)
- 1/4 c. sugar Chocolate Glaze
- 1/4 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp shortening

- Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir together egg whites, corn oil spread, water and vanilla. Stir in Basic Cocoa Baking Mix till well blended.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar to coat. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of glass.
- Bake 6 to 8 min or possibly till set. Cold 5 min; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. Drizzle Chocolate Glaze over tops of cookies. Let stand till set. Store, covered, at room temperature.
- Chocolate GlazeIn small microwave-safe bowl, place 1/4 c. Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and 1/2 tsp. shortening (don't use butter, margarine or possibly oil).
- Microwave at high (100%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at high an additional 30 seconds or possibly till chips are melted and mix is smooth when stirred. Use immediately.
