Receta Double Orange Cake Mix

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Bake it all mix
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk*
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Orange peel -- grnd**
- 1/2 c. Raisins -- minced
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Sugar

- * To make sour lowfat milk, place 2 tsp. vinegar in measuring c. and fill to 2/3 c. mark with lowfat milk.**Or possibly finely minced. Break Large eggs into a bowl; beat well. Stir in buttermilk, 1/2 c. sugar, orange peel and raisins. Add in Mix and soda. Beat well. Pour into an 8 by 8 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Bake in a 350 F. oven about 30 min. Combine orange juice and 1/4 c. sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over warm cake.
- Cold.
- Yield: One 8-inch square cake
