- 1 pkt Stouffer's creamed spinach - (9 ounce)
- 12 x hard-cooked Large eggs
- 1/3 c. instant potato flakes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 5 slc bacon cooked, crumbled
- 3 x green onions chopped Paprika (optional)
Direcciones
- Thaw creamed spinach in microwave at Medium (50% power) 5 to 6 min.
- Peel Large eggs; cut in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks; mash yolks and potato flakes with a fork. Stir in creamed spinach, mayonnaise, and next 3 ingredients.
- Stuff egg whites generously with yolk mix. Sprinkle with paprika, if you like. Chill, if you like
