Ingredientes
- 2 x Onions sliced
- 6 x Cloves
- 2 c. Water
- 5 lb Pork roast or possibly fresh picnic Ham
- 16 ounce Barbecue sauce
- 1 lrg Onion minced
Direcciones
- Put half of onions in bottom of crockpot. Then add in meat and other ingredients with remaining onion on top. Cover and cook over night or possibly for 8 to 12 hrs on low. Remove bone and fat from meat. Put meat back in crockpot. Add in minced onion and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook for an additional 8 to 12 hrs on low, stirring 2 or possibly 3 times. Serve from crockpot on large buns.
