- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 min. Let stand at room temperature one hour. Chill unused sauce up to several weeks.
