Ingredientes
- 5 ml 1 tsp sunflower oil.
- 1 x Onion, peeled and minced.
- 2 sm Cooking apples peeled and Minced
- 5 ml 1 tsp grnd cinnamon.
- 50 gm 2 ounce dry, no soak prunes Minced
- 50 gm 2 ounce dry no soak apricots, Minced
- 50 gm 2 ounce dry no soak peaches Minced
- 50 gm 2 ounce raisins.
- 100 gm 4 ounce almonds
- 45 ml 3 tbsp water.
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onions till soft, about 5 to 8 min. Add in the apples and cook for 3 min. Cover and cook for a further 2 min. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 min.
