Ingredientes
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dry figs
- 1/2 c. pitted dates
- 1/2 c. dry apricots
- 1/2 c. dry prunes
- Grated rind of 1 orange
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. nuts, coarsely minced
- 2 to 3 tbsp. orange juice
- Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Put dry fruits and orange rind through a food grinder, using the coarse blade. Combine with coconut, nuts and orange juice in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in a tightly covered tin box in a cold place.
