Receta Drop Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. pecan pcs
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar; add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Blend till creamy. Blend in egg. Combine all dry ingredients; add in to creamed mix. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded Tbsp. on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min for chewy and 11-13 min for crisp cookies.
