Receta Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, salt and soda. Using an electric mixer, cream together butter and shortening; gradually add in sugar.
- Beat till light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Add in flour mix and beat till smooth; blend in lowfat milk.
- Drop by tsp. about 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven till edges are lightly browned. Cold on racks. Makes about 5 dozen 2 inch cookies.
