Ingredientes
- 1 x flank steak - (2 to 2 1/2 lbs)
- 2 tsp unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Pierce surface of steak at 1-inch intervals with sharp fork. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over steak. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or possibly more, turning occasionally.
- Place steak about 3 inches from heat, and broil 3 min on each side. To serve, thinly slice with sharp knife, carving at an angle against the grain.
